2021 - Breaking New Ground
• Newly built a professional testing platform for the semiconductor industry • New Phase II R&D and production base • Relying on leading products to actively deploy downstream markets, has successfully developed silicon carbide IGBT modules and passed the national grid test, and formed cooperation with customers in new energy vehicles, photovoltaic power generation and other fields.

• Completed the first phase of R&D and production base construction and put it into use • Won the second prize of Jiangsu SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition

2019 - Open Up the Future
• Zhuoyuan China-Uzbekistan Third Generation Semiconductor Industry Technology Research Institute was established • It is expected to invest 1 billion yuan to build a trinity ecological innovation body of the whole industry chain of "R&D center + pilot test base + industrial park"

• Established Jiangsu Zhuoyuan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. • Approved as a major project in Jiangsu Province - provincial research and development carrier • Won the title of Excellent Enterprise in the 7th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition • Committed to building a full-processing industrial chain for the development and production of third-generation semiconductor equipment and materials
