ZORRUN SEMICONDUCTOR adopts the PVT method to grow SiC crystal ingots, into which the pre-treatment process technology for raw materials is added. This increases the purity and density of raw materials and reduces the possible defects in the ingots.

SiC crystal ingots are processed into single crystal substrate materials via the slicing and polishing processes. They are widely applied in high temperature, high voltage, high frequency, high power, photovoltaic, anti-radiation, microwavability and other electronic applications and extreme environments such as aerospace, military, nuclear energy and so on, with irreplaceable advantages.
